AirGO Private Airline is specialized in the operation of the most modern and efficient aircraft in their class. Our fleet is positioned at central locations to quickly and flexibly operate across and out of Europe. We are looking for new colleagues to support our Sales & Ops team to build up the new Praetor 600 mono fleet as well as the enrolment of new Avanti EVO aircraft.

Job Description: Sales (Full-time 40h/week)
Location: Wiesbaden, new & modern office located in the centre of the city

About the role
You have the chance to take part in the entire organisational process of private jet operation and business charter flights, and support the calculation, sale, planning, execution and control of international flight orders as well as marketing and communication projects to identify potential new aircraft investors and charter clients.

  • Calculate and create charter offers
  • Charter flight sales to brokers and direct clients
  • Handling and care of Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop marketing, communication and partnership activities
  • Oversee social media communication and strategies
  • Understand private jet operation and back-up the team with:
    • Arrangement of ground handling services, airport slot orders, international landing and overflight permits and other services
    • Flight plan creation and in-flight monitoring
    • Planning and optimization of crew and aircraft resources
    • Communication with colleagues, clients, crew members, and services providers

Skills & Requirements

  • Your economic thinking, sales talent and flexibility distinguish you
  • You possess an excellent sense of performance, creativity and analytical thinking
  • You enjoy teamwork, are highly motivated and show a willingness to learn and develop your skills in an international working environment
  • Your friendly appearance and business-fluent English and German language abilities complement your profile; additional language skills are a plus
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office application suite and enjoy working with social media and modern communication tools
  • You show willingness for shift- and weekend work
  • A degree or apprenticeship in aviation, luxury travel and/or luxury hospitality is very helpful
  • Previous experience in business aviation marketing, social media or operations is advantageous
